📦 Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout process. Available payment options will be displayed at checkout.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: What shipping options do you offer?
We currently offer three shipping options:

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 7–10 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Valencier Luxe proudly ships worldwide 🌍
International delivery times typically range from 10–20 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Please note: Customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Q: What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?
Once your package leaves our facility and is handed off to the shipping carrier, Valencier Luxe is no longer responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. For assistance, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item is visibly damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Valencier Luxe is not responsible for damages caused by shipping carriers.
