Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

  • During high-demand periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer three shipping rates for all domestic and international orders:

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 7–10 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Shipping rates and options will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected delivery address.

International Shipping

Yes — we ship worldwide! 🌍
Orders placed from outside the United States are welcome, with international delivery times typically ranging from 10–20 business days after processing.

Please Note:

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country’s customs office upon delivery.

  • Valencier Luxe is not responsible for these additional costs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number (if available). You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Responsibility & Lost Packages

Once your package leaves our facility and is transferred to the shipping carrier, Valencier Luxe is no longer responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Any delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier using your provided tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Valencier Luxe is not liable for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.
